Portfolio Health Report

Tracks risk movement across the active client portfolio over time. Baseline measurement for Project Coordinator and CEM effectiveness. Q3 2026 is the observation period before targets are set.

Snapshots:

Quarterly KPI Scorecard

Escalation and de-escalation counts for active projects only. Closed projects are excluded. Q3 is in progress — targets to be set after Q3 closes.

Elevated Risk Load Over Time

Count of active projects carrying Red or Yellow risk at each snapshot. The primary KPI — a well-managed portfolio trends downward over time.

Red + Yellow projects per snapshot

Methodology

Data source: Bonsai project export CSVs uploaded directly to this report. New snapshots are merged into the existing dataset automatically — each CSV is processed using the date embedded in its filename. Exclusions: Composed Comp internal projects, projects with "PIPELINE" in the title, projects at the Initiated stage, and completed or archived projects with a finish date before June 1, 2026. Project status (completed/archived) overrides stage — a completed project staged as Paused is treated as closed. Paused projects have risk frozen at the value held when they first entered the Paused stage; the freeze releases when the stage changes back. CEM is read from the most recent snapshot where the field is non-empty. Escalations count only transitions where an existing Red, Yellow, or Green status worsened, excluding changes that occur while a project is paused or at the close snapshot. De-escalations count only improvements from an existing elevated status. First-time status assignments are tracked separately. Q3 2026 is an observation-only baseline period — no compensation targets apply yet.
